ZAFA app support

The ZAFA app is for the ZAFA Photography team: the admin and the photographers. Here are answers to common questions and how to reach us.

Who can use the app?

The app is for the ZAFA team only. The admin creates an account for each photographer; there is no sign-up inside the app. If you are on the team and have no account, contact the admin.

Forgot your password

Tap «Forgot password» on the sign-in page, or ask the admin to reset it.

Uploading photos and videos

From the event page choose «Event files & upload», pick the folder, then the photos or videos. Uploads carry on in the background even if you close the app, and resume from where they stopped when the connection returns.

Notifications

The app notifies you about new events, reminders and tasks. Turn them on or off in your phone settings → Notifications → ZAFA.

Widgets and Apple Watch

After signing in, add the ZAFA widget from your home screen, and install ZAFA on your Apple Watch from the Watch app on your iPhone.

Deleting your account

Message us on WhatsApp with your name on the team and we will delete your account and its data within 30 days (except accounting records we must keep by law).
